Our Founder

Ir. Karlson Sum established this company in 2017. He is a Chartered Engineer and Registered Professional Engineer in Hong Kong. Mr. Sum, with over 30 years of experience, has participated in lots of infrastructure projects including energy, civil and building construction in Hong Kong, Middle East and ASEAN countries.
 

Our Vision
